Design Process

The success of our work as designers depends upon the fluid interaction and communication with our clients. No one knows your product or service better than you, and for this reason it is imperative that you accompany us in the development of your design. By forming a “project team” of our experts and whomever you assign from your staff, we can be sure to work together towards the completion of your design. In the case of our international clients, we keep the lines of communication open through the use of email, instant messenger (MSN, ICQ, etc.), or video conferencing. It is also important to us that we remain with you even after the project’s completion in order to ensure its success. We can do this in a consulting role, or in the case of a web site, a maintenance role.

Transaction Process

After evaluating your project requirements you will receive a proposal which describes the job in detail and provides estimated completion dates. Once the proposal has been approved and the contract signed, you will be required to make a down payment so that we may begin work on your project.

International clients will receive an Argentine exportation invoice which will be free of any local taxes (not all firms provide this). They will also receive the account information where payment may be completed by means of check or electronic transfer.

As our client you will always be kept informed as to the state and progress of the project, budget, payments, and any other important information. This assures that you are in control of the job at all times.
