Whether or not we are hiring at the time, we are always interested in receiving information about talented, self-motivated individuals who possess a great commitment and dedication to their work.

This includes free-lancers, consultants, and interns who are trained in graphic or web design, programming, marketing, content development or customer relations.

Internships

Our internship program is a mutually beneficial relationship. The interns gain real world experience in their field of study plus the opportunity to interact daily in an international work environment, and Digital Dreams is rewarded with the freshness and vision that comes from a young, multicultural team.

For the most part we offer interships in the areas of graphic and web design, marketing, programming, and content development. However we also offer students of similar disciplines the opportunity to expand their knowledge in areas such as project and account management.

An Internship with Digital Dreams carries the same responsabilities as a full time job. Our Interns will have real projects to complete, as well as deadlines that must be met. Due to the amount of responsibility that comes with a Digital Dreams internship, we require that you have a solid understanding of your field of expertise (nearing the completion of a university degree), and are available for a period of at least three months with the posibility of up to six months.

On the other hand, we greatly value difference ideas and points of view. For that reason we promote the presence of interns from various countries. We only require that they speak an acceptable amount of Spanish, are open minded, flexible, and up to the challenge of being part of a multicultural workforce.
